Nigel McPolin is a highly experienced development professional who has a Masters in Occupational Psychology from Queen’s University, Belfast and has an ILM Level 5 Certificate in Coaching.
During his 25+ year career, he has trained, coached, and mentored many managers and leaders in Leadership Skills and how to build, develop and manage teams using a variety of techniques and tools.
His experience has been built across the sectors – private, public, and not for profit – and across many industry sectors including entrepreneurship, manufacturing, construction, technology, local government, education, and higher education.
He has coached business people from sole-traders to managers in large multinationals and public sector leaders.
Nigel has designed and delivered bespoke leadership programmes for blue-chip companies, including Dell, Kerry Group, Michelin, McAfee, Schering Plough and American Power Conversion across 15 countries.
He has also worked with local private sector clients including Hughes Insurance, Woodside Haulage, Fitzwilliam Hotels and Brett Martin and public sector clients such as Post Office (Counters) Ltd., Translink, NI Housing Executive and Ulster University.
